Room Reservations
Guest rooms at discounted rates have been reserved for the participants in the hotels. Please make sure your room reservation should be made by February 10, 2014. After that date, original rates will be applied to all room reservations. We encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible to secure the discounted rates. Any cancellations should be made by February 10, 2014, and no-shows will be subject to charge for one night.
