Shuttle Service
The Aqua Kauai Resort provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the Lihue Airport for individual arrivals. The shuttle runs on a first come, first served and demand basis. Once all luggage is in the individual's possession, the shuttle may be dispatched by calling the Hotel directly via the courtesy phone outside of baggage claim.
Venue
INERTIAL '17 will take place at the Aqua Kauai Resort, and accommodations can be made at the hotel as well. Guest room rates will be available for a special conference rate of $189.00 USD. The last day to reserve your room is February 26.
Room reservations can be made to the Hotel as follows:
- Credit Card Guarantee: The Hotel will require a one-night room deposit plus applicable taxes at the time each individual attendee’s reservation is made in the group block.
- Online: Click here and enter 'IEEE' in the Group Code to receive the conference discount.
- Individual Call-Ins: Individuals may make their reservations by contacting our Reservations Department between the hours of 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, as follows:
