Dr. Jong-Sung Hwang is a lead researcher at the National Information Society Agency, in charge of developing intelligent technology strategies such as smart city and Government 3.0. He also serves as a memeber of the Special Committee for Smart City, Presidential Committee for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
