Best Student Paper Competition

The IEEE SENSORS 2007 Conference announces the Best Student Paper Award Competition to recognize excellence among its student participants. The Best Student Paper Award will be presented at this year's conference in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

A select number of finalists will be selected by the Technical Program Committee to make 5-minute oral presentations on the evening of Monday, October 29th at the conference. Three (3) winners will be selected from this competition. The winners and awards will be announced at the banquet on Tuesday, October 30th.

To be considered for the competition, the presenting author must have been a student (at least half-time) at the time of the described research was completed and must have been the major contributor to both the written paper and to the research described in the paper. To qualify for the contest, the student must be the presenter of the paper.
